Dimbleby Cancer Care in the News

Dimbleby Cancer Care has been in the news as we promote tonight’s concert at St Bartholomew the Great, West Smithfield.

Yesterday, The Telegraph published a piece highlighting the recent £2million gift that Dimbleby Cancer Care made to Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital. And today, The Daily Mail have followed up on the story and spoken with Jonathan Dimbleby.

The £2million gift forms an endowment from the charity to the hospital trust towards the new Cancer Centre being built at Guy’s and due to open in September 2016. Dimbleby Cancer Care relies entirely on public donations and our work is only made possible through public support.

Jonathan also appeared on BBC Radio London 94.9 this morning talking to Robert Elms. If you missed the show you can listen again here.

Tickets are still available for tonight’s concert. Join us from 6pm at St Bartholomew the Great for a drinks Reception hosted by David and Jonathan Dimbleby. Tickets are £50. Or you can join us from 7.15pm with Concert Only tickets available on the door for a discounted price of £10 each.
