How to apply

Applications

We welcome applications from anyone whose proposed research fits in with our aims. The application process – which takes place once a year - involves submitting a completed short application form.

All applications are read by our Advisory Board and a shortlist drawn up. (To find out who is on our Advisory Board, click here: Who we are).

Shortlisted applicants are invited to complete a detailed application and, after close scrutiny and discussion among the Board, funds are awarded to those projects deemed appropriate.

Applications – timetable for the next funding round

Deadline for receipt of completed short application forms for the 2008-2009 funding round is 21 November 2008.
Responses to applicants (successful and otherwise) will be sent by: mid-late January 2009
Deadline for receipt of completed full applications: mid-March 2009
Responses (successful or otherwise) to applicants: by late-April 2009
